SnappyHubs is a platform for creating shared event photo galleries. The Service allows you to create galleries for events, invite guests to upload photos, and view and download shared media.
3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including photos, videos, and event details. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your guests. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights. As a gallery owner, you are responsible for all content uploaded to your galleries by guests, including but not limited to inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful material. You must moderate your galleries and promptly remove any content that violates these terms. SnappyHubs is not liable for any user-generated content.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content • Share content that infringes on others' intellectual property or privacy rights • Collect or misuse guest personal data for purposes unrelated to your event • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you select. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review it carefully.
8. Intellectual Property

Themes and templates provided through the Service are licensed for use within the platform only.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnappyHubs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Any liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in a single month preceding the claim.
